3rd Street offers Bayview Hunters Point youth a free clinic (operating M-F 1-5pm), Youth Center drop-in, paid youth development programs, behavioral health & counseling services, barrier removal, and housing services (including wrap around case management, rapid rehousing, & TAY Navigation Center).
