SFHDC has created 1,664 affordable housing units, empowered 15k+ clients in housing/financial capability, assisted in purchasing hundreds of first homes, and provides on-site services. Additionally, SFHDC promotes economic vibrancy in key commercial corridors with retail spaces, annual event production (Juneteenth and Western Addition Music Festival), and small business support. The Minding My Black-Owned Business program has 97 graduates, and SFHDC offers classes for entrepreneurs year-round.
