DESCRIPTION:Interns work collaboratively with local librarians and help support STEM and literacy activities and develop project-based intern-led events. Time commitment is 16-20 hours each week. This internship is available to: rising 11th-12th graders\, recent graduates in Fall ’25 or Spring ’26\, and those between 15-19 years old. The program runs from June 15-August 2. Participants will receive a stipend every two weeks and a $500 scholarship deposited into their K2C account upon completion.

We link and formalize partnerships\, locate and broaden resource pools\, facilitate joint funding opportunities\, provide free access to quality education in the form of workshops and trainings\, build accountability and transparency in our collaborative work\, and honor our collective vision. \nOur meetings are open to the public and all service providers of BVHP and Fillmore children\, youth\, and their families are strongly encouraged to participate. Meetings typically take place from 11:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month in-person and virtually via Zoom. To register for the meetings\, see below for registration links.
