DESCRIPTION:Project Homelessness Connect needs volunteers to help set up the day before and the day of their event. Any amount of time helps! Day of event shifts are in 4 hour increments: morning – 8:30a-12:30p\, afternoon – 11:30a-3:30p\, or all day – 8:30a-3:30p. Standard placements include: getting to know participants one-on-one as you help them navigate the space as a Participant Escort/Buddy\, Participant Check-In\, Translator\, Cafe\, Bag checker\, and more. We take pride in ensuring that every role is meaningful and provide volunteer support\, not to mention a free meal at the end of your shift and a PHC Volunteer T-Shirt for first-time volunteers.
