Come out to the 21st Annual Poems Under the Dome\, a celebration of National Poetry Month at the San Francisco City Hall (North Light Court)\, Friday\, April 24th\, from 5:30pm to 8pm. \nIt’s a free\, all-ages community event inviting all poets and poetry fans to put their name in the hat for a chance to read a poem in City Hall. This year\, the event is being presented by the San Francisco Public Library and our Poet Laureate Genny Lim will read the first poem. Each reader is limited to one poem that can be read or recited in under 3 minutes.
