SUMMARY:Early Education TK Feeder Survey
DESCRIPTION:There is a proposal to change the District’s enrollment policy to directly link the TK classrooms at each of SFUSD’s Early Education Schools to a specific Elementary School that does not currently have a TK classroom\, by way of a feeder system. This means that students starting TK at an Early Education Site in August 2026 would be automatically promoted to Kinder at their matched elementary site in August 2027\, unless the family applies to move the student to a different school. Before moving forward with this proposal\, we want to be sure that SFUSD families\, especially those of students who will be entering Transitional Kindergarten after 2026\, have a chance to learn more about it and give us their feedback. If you cannot make it to an in-person session and would like to participate\, please fill out this survey.
